What do men think of women who wear wigs?
I'm doing a poll and personal interest. DO men like or dis-like when a woman wears a wig... like me there is nothing wrong with my hair i have chest length strawberry blond hair, but when i went through cancer i learned to like wigs. ( don't worry i'm cured) but since then i like wearing one not every day but to go out or take fun pictures, or you know dress up. Instead of messing and damaging my hair i can have as fun and spontaneous hair as my personality. Would it be a turn off for you or would be kind of like that?

Mardi Gras Fancy Dress Ideas - For the Perfect Mardi Gras Party
With Mardi Gras approaching faster than Marie Antoinette can fit one of her wigs, everyone who celebrates with the traditional fancy dress will probably be in a frenzy about which costumes they’re going to wear. With such an abundance of costumes to choose from, it can be difficult to choose and it always seems so much easier to sort out the rest of the family than your own. Mardi Gras fancy dress is a great way to get your creative juices flowing and for those that don’t want to stick to traditional, there is still a mass of themes to pick from, so let’s take a look at some possibilities for the whole family and let’s not forget our faithful four-legged friend, the dog!!
MARDI GRAS FANCY DRESS FOR THE BOYS - Lots of choices here with masks wigs and hats galore. The Wacky Jester will always be a fun hat with the younger male, but costumes like the Mardi Gras Buccaneer do well with those that prefer to swish a sword. For those that don’t like to follow tradition there are of course, the much-loved traditional superhero costumes and, with the release of another film, Transformers are popular along with Spiderman, Batman, Robin and the Star Wars characters. For those that wish for the more darker costume, there are always plenty of choices with the classic vampire, ghoul, skeleton, zombie, werewolf, mummy, Dracula, Devil and dark messenger to name a few. Don’t forget all those little extras like the fake blood and wounds, horns and the long fingernails, masks and wigs.
MARDI GRAS FANCY DRESS FOR THE GIRLS - If you want to be mysterious girls then choose from a spectacular range of masks from jewelled, diamante studded, and full and half faced. Multi coloured feathers are available if that’s your bag. Whatever your choice you will look stunning till your unveiling at midnight. Fancy something a bit darker? There are some very pretty and glittery witches costumes that look terrific with (and without) green face paint, black lips or very deep red for a splash of colour and don’t forget the pointed slippers. Then there is the gothic princess look, Tinkerbell and vampires. Again, for that extra special magic, add the face paint to complete a simply stunning outfit. A splash of glitter dabbed high on the cheek bones just finishes it off. As always, there’s the everlasting cute look with such all-time favourites as Tinkerbell, princesses, Cinderella, Snow White and all manner of other Disney. Television stars Hannah Montana and GI Joe are also going to be hot favourites.
MARDI GRAS FANCY DRESS FOR THE LADIES - Depending your mood will dictate whether you go for the full length Mardi Gras Queen style costume or, go for the short, sexy Masquerade costume. If you have a partner that is wearing a wacky Jester costume then you should consider the Moulin Rouge costume. But, girls, there are lots more on offer here so, if it’s hot ‘n‘ sexy you’re after, you’ll find plenty of naughty but nice outfits to choose from. Sexy Betty Rubble, naughty nun, sexy nurse, prisoner of love, luscious lady bug, dazzling devil, Playboy Bo Peep and Playboy wicked fairy are but a few on the agenda. For a more traditional costume, there is mystic Medusa, zombie prom queen, gothic sorceress, wicked dark fairy, ghost of Marie Antoinette and the ever-popular nurse, police lady, cowgirl, Red Riding Hood, and Alice in Gothland. Add the wigs and face make-up and glitter and you are dressed to kill.
FANCY DRESS FOR THE LARGER LADY - Ladies, bring out the big, beautiful, sexy you with eskimo cutie, rhinestone cowgirl, police babe, sexy varsity cheerleader, pumpkin patch witch, sexy Scottie, and Roman goddess. Or you can go for the more traditional. There’s so much choice and those accessories of hats and wigs will make you feel like dazzling the world on Halloween - and don’t forget the face paint and glitter to add that extra oomph.
FANCY DRESS FOR THE TODDLERS - It doesn’t matter what you put your little sweetheart in as they will receive the inevitable aaaah all night. Cute is strawberry shortcake, baby bee bunting, lady bug tutu, cuddly cub, sugar plum fairy, angel and pretty princess, pumpkin princess, and lil mermaid costumes. Cute - but with not so much aaaah - are Batman and Robin, banana baby, buzzy bee, Superman, cute pirate, lily pad frog, and lil stinker.
FANCY DRESS FOR THE GENTS - Guys can be a bit funny about dressing up so, for those that want easy-to-wear costumes, no problem. How about the simple gambling man, sailor, cowboy, pirate, etc? Add the hats, guns and moustache and you’re away. For those that don’t mind dressing up, then there’s plenty to go at with the ever popular Dracula, ghastly ghoul, Freddie and zombie to get your teeth into. Fancy being funny? Then how about Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble, the Hulk or Shrek. If you want to be charming, then be Prince Charming or an ever-suave nobleman or Zorro. Just go for it.
