Shoes the Full Version

Ladies Shoes

Shoes are something we wear in the developed world as a standard day to day piece of our armoury, a shoe was first designed to protect our human feet from our surroundings however they have since evolved into an extension of the self with many people choosing their footwear as a means of projecting their personalities to the people around them. In warmer climates the more common shoe would be that of the flip flop however in cooler climates such as the United Kingdom you will find harder shoes such as boots and heeled ladies shoes. Ladies shoes have evolved to become more than a shoe; they are now craved for by many shoppers looking for the exact shoe to match an outfit.

Ladies shoes typically have heels in a range of sizes; however it is not uncommon for a ladies shoe to be flat and without a heel. The design of the ladies shoe varies hugely across cultures, whilst the cost can also fluctuate massively. Ladies shoes are available in every style from high heels to specialist footwear such as mountain climbing boots and ski boots. The materials used can vary from full recycles products to wooden style shoes such as Cloggs, reigning from Holland.

There are many different variants of footwear labelled as ladies shoes, high heels are shoes with a heel of 2” or higher. These are often considered to have a higher sex appeal than most shoes and as a result are commonly work on formal occasions or during a social outing. Kitten heels are ladies shoes with a heel however this hole is less than 2” in height, usually a pointy heel thinner than the shoe itself.

Ladies shoes also come in the form of sneakers and trainers, athletic shoes that are used as a communication of fashion whilst often being work for sports and athletics too. When originally introduced these ladies shoes were designed for comfort during sports and cardiovascular activities however they have almost split into 2 categories, fashion and sportswear.

Other styles of ladies shoes include wedge sandals, mules, sling backs, espadrilles and pumps. This range of ladies shoes are most commonly worn in warmer climates or during the summer. Wedge sandals are the same as summer sandals however their ankle piece is higher as if you’re wearing a high heeled shoe. The mule shaped ladies shoes are like slippers in that they are backless and offer no fitting around the heel. Slingbacks are ladies shoes with a heel that is unsecured, the strap behind the heel can be moved to allow the shoe to come off rather than it be strapped over the top of the foot.

Espadrilles are the least commonly worn of ladies shoes, or at least in the UK I’ve rarely seen them. They are casual and flat or high-heeled with lots of style ladies shoes, originating in the Pyrenees. They are usually made with a rubber sole and a hessian wrap around the wedge. The upper pieces are often cotton or canvas, commonly a bright pattern for the summer months.

The most recently popular pump is a ladies shoe which came back into fashion in the last 2 years, named for their similarity of ballerina pumps in that they’re very flat and expose much of the foot. They are fantastic for warm weather wear; however they are comfortable to wear all year around.

Ladies shoes come in a huge range of styles and shapes, a great place to purchase comfortable well made ladies shoes are Clarks UK. They have stores across the UK, often offering super comfortable ladies shoes at competitive prices. You can also view and purchase their range online.

Frequently Asked Questions...

where do you buy original cheap rubber shoes in manila? i heard there is one in pasig? like an outlet of nike?

I overheard from someone that there is a somewhat factory or outlet yard in pasig where you can buy brandnew old design or styles of branded athletic shoes like nike and adidas but i dunno where.

Answer:

There are lots of places to buy Nike shoes in Manila... but since you are after ORIGINAL Nikes, We have to really narrow down your choices.

Last summer I've checked out the ones at Greenhills and some low-end malls in Manila... all of them were of the pirated kind. Hard to spot but if you look closely and if you know what to look for... you'll know right away it ain't worth paying for. Instead check out the ones at Nike Stadium in Glorietta. about 400-800 pesos more, but rest assured you got the real thing.

Mind you, it is a well known fact that pirated/fake shoes are made IN THE SAME factory by the same workers who make original ones. The material is also the same, which is why pirated copies of various athletic gear look EXACTLY like the real thing. The only downside is that the factory workers making the fake gear has to do it in less than half the time to make original ones, thus the quality suffers.
