How much is the original barbie worth? 1959.....the real original not a remake?
i have an original barbie from the international American Toy Fair in New York on March 9, 1959, its in perfect condition. the box hasnt even been touched since it was bought. i still have the reciept from the day my grandma bought it. im just curious on to how much its worth?

You will need to get it authenticated by a professional, but if everything is as you describe, you're talking some serious dollars.
This is the type of doll that would sell best at auction. I'd be amazed at anything less than $5,000 and wouldn't be surprised at many times that amount.

Actually, I felt the way you did. Every time holiday and gift giving is coming, most of my daughters and niece are busy getting my attention just to request a new doll.
